These terms of use govern the use of the SquadPit app between the operator and registered users.

By registering and using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services

SquadPit enables users to create, find, and manage sports events, as well as communicate with other users.

The operator may expand, adjust, or discontinue features to the extent required for operations, security, or further development.

3. Registration and User Account

A user account is required to access the core features of the app.

• You are obligated to provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect misuse of your account, please notify us immediately.

4. User Obligations

Users are obligated to use the app lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not post unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights, particularly copyright, trademark, name, or personal rights.
• Do not carry out technical attacks or cause disruptions to the platform.

5. Content and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post.

By posting content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, time-limited license — restricted to the duration of its availability — to display and technically process that content within the app.
